In accordance with Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo and Announcement of Conclusion No. 48-TB/TW of the Politburo, since yesterday, October 15th, the draft documents for the 14th National Congress of the Party have been widely publicized to solicit feedback from National Assembly delegates, the Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, people's organizations, cadres, Party members, and the people.

The published draft documents comprehensively cover strategic issues to be presented at the 14th National Congress of the Party: from the Draft Political Report of the 13th Central Committee; the Draft Action Program of the Central Committee to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party; Appendix 4 assessing the 5-year implementation of the 10-year socio -economic development strategy 2021-2030; Appendix 5 summarizing Party building work during the 13th National Congress term and the direction, tasks, and solutions for Party building work during the 14th National Congress term; to the Draft Report summarizing some theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented reform process in Vietnam over the past 40 years; the Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025) and proposals and directions for supplementing and amending the Party Charter.

Each draft document serves as a basis for shaping the country's development direction in the new period, reflecting the strategic vision, courage, and wisdom of the Party in the face of the demands for rapid and sustainable development in a volatile global context.

The widespread dissemination of strategic documents that guide the country's future, along with the respectful listening to the people's opinions, profoundly reflects the ideology of "the people are the foundation," placing the people at the center of all the Party's policies and decisions. This is also a method of maximizing the people's right to self-governance, contributing to strengthening and building the people's trust in the Party, and creating a solid foundation for social consensus.

When every citizen, from National Assembly representatives, officials, and Party members to intellectuals, scientists, businesspeople, farmers, and workers, has open access and is given favorable conditions to contribute their opinions, socio-economic development policies, Party building work, or amendments to the Party Charter... will be "examined" through the vivid lens of real-life experiences.
