On the morning of November 18, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Ngai province held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term with the theme "Promoting the core role in building the great national unity bloc; innovating the content and methods of operation; arousing the will and aspirations of all classes of people to rise up, join hands and contribute to building Quang Ngai province to develop quickly and sustainably".

The Congress consulted and elected 111 members of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 1st term, 2025 - 2030 term. The Standing Committee includes the Chairman and 8 Vice Chairmen. Mr. U Huan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation was re-elected as Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 1st term, 2025 - 2030 term. The consultative congress of delegates attending the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026 - 2031 term included 15 official delegates and 4 alternate delegates.

Speaking at the Congress, Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee Ho Van Nien highly agreed with the tasks, solutions and key programs set out in the Political Report presented to the Congress. He requested the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to continue to widely deploy patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by all levels and sectors in a substantive direction, absolutely avoiding formal movements, many meetings, good reports but thin results; making movements and campaigns a regular and voluntary activity in each individual and in each community in the spirit of "slogans do not replace actions; the value of the Front is measured by practical effectiveness, not by slogans". The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee actively conducts social supervision and criticism, and participates in giving opinions on Party and government building.

The Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee believes that the delegates elected to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, term I, 2025-2030, will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, constantly innovate and be creative in leadership and direction, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the Front at all levels, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new development period.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Quang Ngai Provincial Fatherland Front Committee aims to continue consolidating and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc; innovating the organization, content and methods of operation; protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people; expanding and improving the effectiveness of people's foreign affairs. The Provincial Fatherland Front sets out a number of specific targets: 100% of Fatherland Front officials and socio-political organizations are fully informed of the Party's policies and guidelines; striving for 100% of communes and wards to build united, prosperous and happy residential areas. The Provincial Fatherland Front organizes at least 5 annual social supervision and criticism contents...

The Congress also set out 24 key tasks and 39 main solutions, including propagating and mobilizing people to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and the Front's action program; innovating propaganda forms, improving the quality of electronic information pages, and the "Connecting Hearts" column. The Congress also set out tasks on developing organizations, recruiting new members, union members, and association members; raising awareness of the political system about the role of great solidarity; doing well in ethnic and religious work; promoting prestigious people and dignitaries...
