Deploy measures to ensure safety for key works and works under construction; arrange permanent forces to operate and regulate reservoirs and be ready to handle possible situations.
The Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade to operate and regulate water in hydroelectric and irrigation reservoirs in accordance with regulations to reduce flooding downstream, ensure safety of works and reduce flooding downstream. According to the forecast of the Gia Lai Province Hydrometeorological Station, from now (November 18) to the morning of November 20, the eastern region of Gia Lai province will have moderate to heavy rain, some places will have very heavy rain and thunderstorms with common rainfall from 100 - 250 mm, some places over 300 mm; some places in the eastern region of Gia Lai will have from 60 - 120 mm, some places over 150 mm. The western region of Gia Lai province will have rain, moderate rain, some places will have heavy rain and thunderstorms with common rainfall from 30 - 50 mm, some places over 70 mm.
