Speeding up construction progress of Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway and Ring Road 3

On the afternoon of November 17, a working delegation of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee led by Comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, inspected the construction progress of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway project and Ring Road 3-Ho Chi Minh City.

Standing Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha listened to a report on the progress of Component Project 3, Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City.

Reporting to the Provincial Party Committee delegation, the representative of the Dong Nai Province Construction Investment Project Management Board said that for Component Project 1, Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway Project, contractors are mobilizing about 500 workers, more than 250 motorbikes and equipment to deploy 30 construction teams in 2 bidding packages of the project.

Up to this point, the project construction value has reached nearly 1,500 billion VND, reaching 58% of the value of the signed contract.

With Component Project 3, Ring Road 3 Project - Ho Chi Minh City, up to now, the construction value of 3 main construction packages has reached nearly 970 billion VND, reaching more than 52% of the signed contract value.

Representative of Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway contractor reports progress to Provincial Party Committee delegation.

Currently, the Nhon Trach Land Fund Development Center branch has handed over the site for 6/8 locations to relocate the electric poles in the Ring Road 3 Project area - Ho Chi Minh City, the remaining 2 locations are being urgently resolved to hand over the site to the construction unit.

Inspecting the construction sites of the two projects, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh emphasized that the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway and Ring Road 3-Ho Chi Minh City are targeted by the Prime Minister to complete technical traffic before December 19.

Recently, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Dong Nai province have paid great attention to the construction progress and have given many instructions to remove obstacles.

The Provincial Party Committee delegation presented gifts to encourage engineers and workers constructing the Ring Road 3 project in Ho Chi Minh City.

There is not much time left from now until the technical traffic completion target of the two above projects, therefore, comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh reminded the investor, contractors, and related units to "sprint" to further speed up the construction progress.

In particular, for Component Project 1, Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway Project, difficulties and obstacles have been resolved, contractors need to mobilize maximum human resources and machinery to speed up and accelerate the project progress.

For Component Project 3, Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City, it is necessary to quickly complete the relocation of the remaining electric poles in the project area, and construct the remaining items to ensure the completion of the technical traffic opening target according to the committed time.

Comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh and comrade Duong Minh Dung, members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Long Thanh Commune Party Committee, presented gifts to encourage cadres and workers constructing the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway.

On this occasion, comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh and leaders of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee visited, encouraged and presented gifts to engineers and workers of contractors constructing 3 projects of Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway and Ring Road 3-Ho Chi Minh City.

Component project 1, Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway has a total length of 16km, with a total investment of 6,012 billion VND.

Component project 3, Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City has a total length of about 11.26km, with a total investment of VND 2,584 billion.

The Dong Nai Construction Investment Project Management Board is the investor of both projects. According to the commitment, the two projects will basically complete technical traffic before December 19, 2025.
