Expedite the construction progress of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway and Ring Road 3.

On the afternoon of November 17th, a delegation from the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, led by Comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, inspected the progress of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway project and the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project.

Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha listened to a report on the progress of Component 3 of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project.

Reporting to the Provincial Party Committee delegation, representatives from the Dong Nai Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board stated that for Component 1 of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway Project, contractors are mobilizing approximately 500 workers and over 250 vehicles and equipment to deploy 30 construction teams across two project packages.

To date, the project's construction value has reached nearly 1,500 billion VND, achieving 58% of the value stipulated in the signed contract.

For Component Project 3 of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project, the construction value of the three main construction packages has reached nearly 970 billion VND, exceeding 52% of the signed contract value.

Representatives of the contractor building the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway reported on the progress to the Provincial Party Committee delegation.

Currently, the Nhon Trach Land Development Center branch has handed over the land for 6 out of 8 locations to relocate power poles in the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project area. Two remaining locations are being urgently addressed to hand over the land to the construction unit.

Inspecting the construction sites of the two projects, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Ton Ngoc Hanh, emphasized that the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway and the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 are targeted by the Prime Minister to be completed and opened to traffic before December 19th.

Over the past period, the leaders of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee have paid close attention to the construction progress and issued many directives to resolve obstacles.

The Provincial Party Committee delegation presented gifts to encourage engineers and workers constructing the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project.

There isn't much time left until the completion of the technical opening of the two projects, therefore, Comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh urged the investors, contractors, and related units to "race against time" to further accelerate the construction progress.

Specifically, for Component Project 1 of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway Project, difficulties and obstacles have been resolved, and contractors need to mobilize maximum manpower and machinery to accelerate and expedite the project's progress.

For Component Project 3 of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, it is necessary to quickly complete the relocation of the remaining power poles in the project area and construct the remaining items to ensure the completion of the technical opening to traffic within the committed timeframe.

Comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh and Comrade Duong Minh Dung, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Long Thanh Commune Party Committee, presented gifts to encourage cadres and workers constructing the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway.

On this occasion, Comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh and leaders of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to engineers and workers of the contractors constructing the three expressway projects: Bien Hoa-Vung Tau and Ring Road 3-Ho Chi Minh City.

Component project 1 of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway has a total length of 16km and a total investment of 6,012 billion VND.

Component project 3 of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 has a total length of approximately 11.26 km, with a total investment of 2,584 billion VND.

Both projects are managed by the Dong Nai Investment and Construction Project Management Board. According to the commitment, both projects will be essentially completed and open to traffic before December 19, 2025.
