Comrade Tran Cam Tu chaired the Standing Committee meeting of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 14th National Party Congress.

(CPV) - On the morning of November 18, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Organization Subcommittee serving the 14th Party Congress chaired a meeting of the Subcommittee Standing Committee to review the work and give opinions on a number of contents of the organization work serving the 14th Congress.

Attending the meeting were Party Central Committee members, leaders of departments, ministries and branches who are members of the Subcommittee.

At the meeting, comrade Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the Party Central Committee, presented a report on the coordination of the implementation of organizational work to serve the 14th National Party Congress since the meeting on October 24. A representative of the Hanoi People's Committee reported on the plan to decorate the streets in the area and the plan to organize the People's delegation to welcome the Congress.

After listening to the report, comments and conclusions of the meeting, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu requested the assigned agencies and units to continue to make efforts to complete the plan on schedule, ensuring the highest quality in serving the organization of the 14th National Party Congress.

Regarding the preparation of facilities for the Congress, the Standing Member of the Secretariat emphasized the need for urgent and drastic implementation, without being subjective. In particular, it is necessary to speed up the repair and upgrading of the National Convention Center; carefully carry out reception and logistics work; complete the seating arrangement for official delegates and invited guests to ensure scientific and reasonableness; the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security develop a plan to transport delegates, ensuring absolute security and safety.

Regarding decoration, propaganda, and visual agitation to welcome the 14th Congress, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu suggested that the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission coordinate with the Party's 14th Congress Document Subcommittee to direct the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to appraise propaganda slogans, closely following the content of the Party's documents and clearly showing the "People" element.

The Hanoi People's Committee continues to complete the plan to decorate the streets in the capital, ensuring aesthetics, harmony, solemnity, and properly reflecting the stature of the country's important political event.

Regarding the design of the badge and guests, the Standing Secretariat requested the Central Party Office to coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on schedule and in accordance with regulations.

For the delegation of Hanoi's people from all walks of life to welcome the Congress, comrade Tran Cam Tu assigned the Hanoi Party Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission to select delegates in harmony with regard to structure, age, occupation, ethnic composition, and region; and to organize a solemn, thoughtful, and proper welcome.

Emphasizing that there is not much time left until the Congress while the workload is large, comrade Tran Cam Tu requested agencies and units to uphold their sense of responsibility, closely follow assigned tasks, and strengthen coordination in performing tasks.

The Central Party Office will take the lead in continuing to urge, inspect, and coordinate with relevant agencies to ensure the successful completion of tasks serving the 14th National Party Congress./.
