Mr. Hung's job is closely related to mechanical lines, requiring technical knowledge and the ability to respond quickly to any incident. Every day, he receives information about broken machines from departments, discusses with superiors to propose solutions and arrange appropriate personnel. Due to the nature of the job, a mechanic must have experience, a certificate in gas welding and cutting, machine repair skills and above all, a spirit of diligence and diligence in learning. Mr. Hung always considers this a professional requirement but also a motivation to constantly improve himself.

“During my work, I have had the opportunity to interact with many experienced colleagues, foreign experts and receive guidance from department leaders. Every day at work is an opportunity to learn new things, improve my skills and think innovatively. That spirit has helped me come up with many valuable solutions for the company's production activities,” Mr. Hung shared.

From 2022 to now, Mr. Hung has contributed 8 ideas to improve equipment operation efficiency. With repeated incidents in the same location, he always asks the question of how to improve to prevent recurrence. And with concern, he and his colleagues discuss, test, and edit to find the optimal solution. Many of his improvements have helped significantly reduce machine downtime and spare part replacement costs.

Among them, the idea that he is most satisfied with is to process and install shock absorbers for the T62 area of the factory. When the Board of Directors requested to increase production capacity by 15%, the machines had to operate faster, leading to a reduction in the life of components, especially in the T62 area - where the boards continuously ran out, causing damage to 2 sets of shock absorber cylinders, breaking the edges of the products and causing great cost losses for the company.

Faced with that situation, Mr. Hung proactively proposed research for improvement. After more than a month of research and testing, he successfully manufactured a shock absorber using steel springs to replace the old mechanism. When put into operation, the product breakage situation ended, the cylinder was no longer damaged, and machine downtime was significantly reduced. In particular, this solution helped the company save more than 1 billion VND per year, affirming the effectiveness and creative innovation.
