The Raglai people are dedicated to the peace of their villages.

In Dong Khanh Son commune, a large number of ethnic minority people participate in the local security and order protection force. Among them, Mr. Cao Huy (a Raglai ethnic minority, born in 1990) - Team Leader of the Security and Order Protection Team in Ta Nia village - is a prime example, making significant contributions to maintaining security and order in the village and commune, and is trusted and respected by the local people. Recently, Mr. Cao Huy was awarded a certificate of commendation by the Ministry of Public Security for his outstanding achievements in the special emulation movement of the local security and order protection force.

Returning from Hanoi, Cao Huy carried with him the pride of having received commendations from Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and General Luong Tam Quang, a member of the Politburo and Minister of Public Security , during the recent Ministry of Public Security conference summarizing one year of deploying forces to protect security and order at the grassroots level. Carrying that joy, Cao Huy continued to work with the members of the Ta Nia village security and order protection team, coordinating with the Dong Khanh Son commune police force to conduct night patrols to protect security and order in the village's residential areas.

Mr. Cao Huy has always been well-liked by the people of Ta Nia village because he and his family are always exemplary leaders in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws. Since joining the Ta Nia Village Security and Order Protection Team and being entrusted with the responsibility of Team Leader by the local leadership, he has not shied away from difficulties, actively coordinating with the commune police force to thoroughly understand the local situation, develop plans for implementing activities, and promptly detect and handle many emerging issues related to security and order in the village.

Contributing to the peace of the people.

Over the past year, Mr. Huy has provided 6 valuable tips, helping the commune police to promptly deter and educate cases of drunken arguments, preventing serious conflicts from arising in the village; he also coordinated with the commune police to organize 4 legal awareness sessions on traffic safety, drug prevention, and fire prevention in Ta Nia village... attracting hundreds of people to participate. In addition, he successfully mediated 2 disputes between households in the village; and coordinated with residents to voluntarily surrender a homemade gun and many other illegal tools. Mr. Huy also regularly patrols at night with the Ta Nia village security team, detecting and reminding over 200 traffic violators; he also promptly coordinated in resolving many community conflicts for various reasons, contributing to maintaining peace and security in Ta Nia village.

Mr. Cao Huy shared: "The security forces at the grassroots level are always close to the households, knowing the circumstances of each family, so they can always promptly detect incidents that threaten security and order in the area from early on and from afar. They are an extended arm, providing strong support to the commune police in ensuring security and order in the locality. I hope that my practical actions will contribute to maintaining peace in the village. That is my joy and motivation to continue dedicating myself."

With his dedication to maintaining security and order at the grassroots level, Mr. Cao Huy was awarded a certificate of commendation by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Khanh Son commune for his outstanding achievements in the "All People Protect National Security" movement. In particular, the certificate of commendation from the Ministry of Public Security is a well-deserved recognition of the persistent efforts and high sense of responsibility of a Raglai man who is always committed to his work, for the peace and security of the local people. Mr. Cao Huy's example is a beautiful image, contributing to the spread of the "Good People, Good Deeds" movement in Dong Khanh Son commune.

In particular, in the Ta Nia village security and order protection team, Mr. Cao Huy has made many practical contributions to maintaining security and order at the grassroots level. Thanks to him, Ta Nia village has always maintained stability, preventing any security hotspots from occurring." The people's consensus and unity contribute to socio-economic development and the building of cultural life in residential areas, helping Dong Khanh Son commune maintain its title as a "Commune meeting the criteria for safety and security".
