Due to the impact of heavy rains that have lasted for the past two days, many reservoirs in Phuoc Hau commune have urgently released floodwaters, causing the water levels of rivers and streams to rise suddenly, causing serious flooding over a large area. Police forces, security guards, and militia were immediately mobilized to key areas to assist people in moving to safety; at the same time, moving people's property, livestock, and poultry to high places.

In Bao Vinh village, floodwaters rose abnormally. Phuoc Hau Commune Police, in coordination with the Village Management Board, militia and security forces, urgently mobilized and supported 7 households with 13 people to evacuate to safety. Along the Dinh River, floodwaters overflowed the dike in the areas of Ninh Quy 1, Ninh Quy 2, Ninh Quy 3, Xom Con, Phuoc An and Lien Son. The authorities promptly evacuated 4 households and 50 goats to high places to avoid loss of life and property.

In the areas along the Quao River and small rivers running through the villages of Truong Tho, Truong Sanh, Chat Thuong, Hoai Nhon, etc., the water level is also rising rapidly. Up to now, 20 households and all livestock and poultry in Truong Sanh village and 3 households in Truong Tho village have been urgently evacuated to safety. In particular, in the residential area of ​​Lien Son 2, the banks have overflowed, the current is strong; in Ninh Quy 3, the Dinh River has exceeded the dike, and forces are continuing to assist people in evacuating their property, livestock and poultry out of the danger zone.
