Taught by Dr. Julián Álvarez, a leading expert in Sports Medicine and Nutrition, the course provided participants with a comprehensive and scientific perspective, reinforcing the message that nutrition is not just an instant fuel but a key factor in determining the success and sustainability of a sports journey. It emphasized that achieving a balanced and appropriate diet is an indispensable foundation.

Course Overview
Building a solid Performance foundation rests on three pillars: Homeostasis, Adaptation, and Assimilation. Nutrition plays a key role in transforming exercise from a depleting force to a regenerative resource.
According to Dr. Julián Álvarez, an athlete’s body works 24 hours a day, and this regeneration process is more intense after each training session. Optimal recovery requires a combination of good nutrition and good rest.
Along with knowledge about sports nutrition, the course also shares practical applications through meal planning and optimal recovery formulas, while also mentioning product safety through testing and quality certifications from the World Anti-Doping Agency.
