Implementing Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo , in recent times, the Youth Union and Associations at all levels in Ha Tinh have focused on innovating the content and methods of operation, implementing many solutions to accompany young people in establishing careers, starting businesses and developing the economy. Many programs and movements to support capital, career guidance, start-up consulting, and transfer of scientific and technological advances have been implemented more and more systematically and extensively.

With the desire to develop the economy right on his homeland, Mr. Duong Van Sang (Kim Tung village, Vu Quang commune) boldly invested more than 300 million VND to build a deer farming model.

Throughout the process from coming up with the idea, surveying the model, completing the barn to starting the implementation, Mr. Sang always received support from the local Youth Union in technical advice, connecting with sample models and guiding loans. This is a direction suitable for the natural conditions and livestock farming traditions of the locality, promising to bring stable, long-term income for young people.

Mr. Sang shared: “From the beginning to the implementation, I always received the support of the Youth Union. That was a great motivation to help me confidently start a business, dare to think, dare to do.”

Youth economic models are increasingly diverse in many fields.

It is known that in 2025, the whole province is estimated to have over 130 youth economic models with a scale of 200 million VND or more launched, focusing on the fields of livestock, trade services, digital economy, OCOP products... Many models have applied new science and technology, contributing to creating jobs and stable income for young workers.

In addition, the Youth Union at all levels also organized about 70 career counseling classes, start-up training, and digital transformation with the participation of over 18,000 union members and young people, helping young people improve their capacity, perfect their production and business skills, and access the province's support policies.

Not only stopping at traditional production models, Ha Tinh youth are also pioneers in innovation, technology application, digital transformation in production and business. In particular, the contest "Youth spreads the value of Ha Tinh products" organized by Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union in coordination with the Department of Industry and Trade has become a creative playground, helping youth union members access modern business skills, applying digital technology in product promotion.

Through the contest, many OCOP products and Vietnamese goods were widely introduced on the internet, contributing to promoting consumption, spreading the entrepreneurial spirit, and developing the local economy.
