The Vietnamese bodybuilding team sought the opportunity to place first overall at the 2025 World Championship that ended in Batam (Indonesia), but unfortunately we could not realize the opportunity.
However, at the end of the tournament, the Vietnamese bodybuilders and fitness athletes won 10 gold medals, 5 silver medals and 2 bronze medals. The 10 gold medals of the team were won from the competition results of athletes Pham Van Mach (56kg men), Phan Huynh Duc (65kg men), Ho Huy Binh (70kg men), Pham Van Phuoc (160cm classic men), Nguyen Thi Kim Dung (165cm classic women), Nguyen Thi Kim Dung (165cm fitness women), Tran Hoang Duy Thuan/Bui Thi Thoa (mixed and open doubles), Tran Hoang Duy Thuan (170cm fitness men), Bui Thi Hoa (55kg women), Nguyen Thanh Tien (182cm classic men).
The silver medals at this year's world championship of the Vietnamese bodybuilding team belonged to athletes Le Hong Phong, Dinh Kim Loan, To Lan Nhi, Ta Thi Ngoc Bich, and bronze medals to athletes Nguyen Thanh Long and Ta Thi Ngoc Bich.
The coaching board of the Vietnam bodybuilding team said that the team ranked second in the men's team and second in the women's team. In the overall team results, we ranked second.
This year, the world championship has athletes from 34 countries and territories competing for 46 sets of medals in the men's and women's events. Nearly 300 athletes participated in the competition.
The Vietnamese bodybuilding team participated with 23 athletes and on the night of November 17, the whole team returned home after the tournament ended.
