When visiting Ben En, tourists will experience the service of sailing and canoeing around the Muc River lake, watching the islands with diverse and rich ecosystems. Along with that, they will explore 21 large and small islands floating on the water, breathing the cool, fresh air.

The islands are scattered across the lake, each one a highlight against the endless green background. Some are circular islands, others are long and arc-shaped, and there are small strips of land with just enough space for a few trees standing silently amidst the waves.

Some islands are given evocative names by the locals such as Doi Island, Hy Vong Island, Bong Lai Island, Ben Mo Island... From above, these islands are not only geographical elements, but also stand out as colorful patches in the vast space.

From a high angle, it is clear to see how nature in Ben En has created a multi-layered ecosystem; forests surround the lake, the lake embraces the islands, and each cluster of islands is home to birds and wild animals, and clusters of clouds drift across the high sky adding to the vividness. These things show why Ben En is considered one of the most beautiful nature reserves in the North Central region.

With an area of about 15,000 hectares, of which primary forest accounts for the majority, Ben En not only has biological value but is also a potential tourism asset. However, the area still retains its quiet, pristine beauty... an advantage for developing ecotourism associated with long-term conservation.
