Mr. Le Van Han was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

New Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee Le Van Han

On the morning of November 18th, the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel matters.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, presided over the announcement of the Secretariat's decision regarding Mr. Le Van Han, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province, ceasing his participation in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, and relinquishing his position as Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

He has been assigned and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Mr. Le Van Han was born on December 10, 1970, in Luu Nghiep Anh commune, Tra Cu district, Tra Vinh province.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Literature Education, a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, and a Master's degree in Educational Management; his political theory qualifications are at an advanced level.

Prior to becoming Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Le Van Han held several key positions in the former Tra Vinh province, including Chairman of the Tra Vinh Provincial People's Committee from November 2020 to June 2025.

On June 30, 2025, he was appointed by the Politburo to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; and was appointed by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province.

On October 3, 2025, he was again appointed by the Politburo to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam also provided further information about the decision to nominate Mr. Le Van Han for election by the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Council as Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

Simultaneously, information was released regarding the decision of the Party Central Committee to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Ut - Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee - to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, and to nominate him for election by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Council to the position of Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Le Van Han expressed: "We are determined to maintain the growth and development momentum in the economy, culture, and society, to continue to develop Tay Ninh rapidly and sustainably compared to other localities nationwide, strengthen international integration, and enhance foreign relations."

At the same time, he added that he would continue to strive to study, train, and acquire new knowledge, constantly innovating his thinking. He promised to be closely involved with the grassroots, listen to the thoughts and aspirations of the people and businesses, and promptly grasp the situation and resolve difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing tasks.

From October 2008 to March 2011: Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office of Tra Vinh, Provincial Party Committee Member.

From April 2011 to January 2014: Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office of Tra Vinh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

From February 2014 to February 2015: Secretary of the Cang Long District Party Committee, Tra Vinh Province.

From March 2015 to December 2015: Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tra Vinh Province.

From January 2016 to June 2017: Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tra Vinh province.

From July 2017 to December 2018: Secretary of the Tra Vinh City Party Committee.

From January 2019 to October 2020: Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tra Vinh Province.

From October 2020 to November 2020: Deputy Secretary of the Tra Vinh Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Tra Vinh Provincial People's Committee.

From November 2020 to June 2025: Deputy Secretary of the Tra Vinh Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Tra Vinh Provincial People's Committee.
