According to the report of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the second draft has been completed; the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has organized a social feedback conference and the deadline for publishing the draft on the Provincial People's Committee's electronic information portal has also ended. The comments from localities, departments, branches, people and at the feedback conference have been accepted by the consulting unit.
The draft land price list for 2026 recorded some fluctuations compared to the current land price list, but not much. Specifically, the price of agricultural land in the whole province increased slightly, in which areas with newly opened roads had higher increases. For non-agricultural land, in Binh Phuoc (old), some areas decreased by 10-25%, some places decreased by up to 40%, but some areas increased due to traffic projects; in Dong Nai (old), it was basically stable, some areas with traffic projects under implementation and about to be implemented increased compared to the present.

For special areas such as: islands and islets; industrial zones and clusters; non-agricultural production facilities; mining... most of the prices are kept the same or slightly increased compared to current prices to ensure suitability and stability.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment assessed: The draft land price list proposed by the consulting unit is consistent with the survey results, closely reflects actual fluctuations, ensures harmony of interests and consistency in land management. At the same time, the adjustment is considered to have a positive impact on socio-economic development; investment environment; implementation of land policies and income, life of households, individuals and organizations using land.
Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang said: The annual land price list, applied for the first time from 2026, is of great significance to the development of Dong Nai province. The timely issuance of the new land price list helps the province establish a price level close to the market, creating a transparent basis for calculating taxes, fees, compensation, and support when reclaiming land; helping to limit the large difference between State prices and market prices, contributing to reducing complaints, improving management efficiency and creating a stable and fair investment environment. The province's first annual land price list is built on the principle of limiting large fluctuations, contributing to creating advantages in attracting investment.
The Provincial People's Committee leader requested the consulting unit to receive and review the opinions of the council members and the review council of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. According to regulations, the draft land price list will be submitted to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for comments before being submitted to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and resolution issuance.
