Around noon on June 14th, numerous VinaPhone subscribers in many provinces and cities across the country unexpectedly experienced communication disruptions. Reports from Nghe An showed that many users were unable to make or receive calls, send messages, or even access 3G/4G networks, causing disruptions to the daily lives and work of people in many localities.

During the outage, many subscribers reported that although their phones displayed full signal bars, calls could not connect, messages could not be sent, and data access was completely lost. Many had to restart their phones, remove the SIM card, and move to areas with stronger signal, but the situation did not improve.
On technology forums and social media, many people have also reported this situation. Some online businesses or those using services that rely on mobile data shared that their work was constantly disrupted and interrupted for nearly two hours.
Speaking with a reporter from Nghe An Newspaper, Ms. Le Thai Ha, Deputy Director of VNPT VinaPhone Nghe An Business Center, confirmed the incident. According to Ms. Ha, immediately after the communication disruption occurred, the corporation's technical department promptly investigated and resolved the issue. By the afternoon of June 14th, the situation had been largely resolved, and most VinaPhone subscribers in Nghe An province had resumed normal service.

Regarding the issue of some subscribers still experiencing weak signal, intermittent network, or unstable connection, Ms. Le Thai Ha stated that this problem only occurs locally in a few small areas and depends on the user's device. For older phone models, incompatibility with modern network infrastructure is common. VinaPhone advises customers who still experience problems to contact their unit or the nearest branch directly for technical support as soon as possible.
Currently, VNPT - Vinaphone Vietnam's homepage has also announced the communication disruption that occurred on the afternoon of June 14th, and committed to completely resolving the issue as soon as possible.
