At noon on June 14, a series of VinaPhone subscribers in many provinces and cities across the country suddenly experienced a loss of communication. During the incident, many subscribers reported that although the phone still displayed full signal bars, calls could not be connected, messages could not be sent, and data networks were completely lost. Many people had to restart their phones, remove their SIM cards, and change to areas with stronger signals, but the situation did not improve.

On technology forums and social networks, many people also reported this situation. Some people who do online business or use services that depend on mobile data shared that their work was delayed and interrupted continuously for nearly two hours.

Speaking to Nghe An Newspaper reporter, Ms. Le Thai Ha - Deputy Director of VNPT VinaPhone Nghe An Business Center confirmed this incident. According to Ms. Ha, immediately after the communication interruption incident occurred, the group's technical department urgently stepped in to check and handle it. By the afternoon of June 14, the situation had basically been resolved, and most Vinaphone subscribers in Nghe An province were operating normally again.

Regarding the fact that some subscribers still have weak signals, intermittent networks or unstable connections, Ms. Le Thai Ha said that this problem only occurs locally in some small areas and depends on the user's device. For old phone lines, it is common for the device to not be fully compatible with modern network infrastructure. VinaPhone recommends that if customers still have problems, they should contact the unit or the nearest branch directly for technical support as soon as possible.

Currently, on the homepage of VNPT - Vinaphone Vietnam, there has been an announcement about the communication interruption at noon on June 14, and at the same time committed to completely fix this problem as soon as possible.
