Accordingly, the main activity of the event is the lacquer painting exhibition titled "Finishing: Colors and Styles," showcasing 30 works by Dragon Sigma students. Each painting revolves around a different story, but all share one common point: originality.
Unlike other lacquerware exhibitions, the artists at this exhibition are all beginners, so the works are very natural and full of emotion – something that professionals sometimes lose through years of development and practical experience.

In addition, the exhibition also showcases applications of lacquerware and lacquer art toys under the name KEMTA. Through this, the exhibition conveys the message "Lacquerware is timeless and anyone can begin with lacquer painting."
According to artist Pham Khac Thang, inspired by the polishing technique in lacquer painting, "Powdering" aims for a spirit of continuous self-improvement. The exhibition title also summarizes the content – it presents glimpses into the expressive styles and nuances of thought of a range of young people regarding lacquer painting, while also serving as a play on words implying "liberation," offering hope for forward movement.
Attendees of the exhibition are invited to engage with lacquerware in various ways: observing displays of paintings by amateur artists, listening to presentations about the materials and techniques of lacquerware, and directly experiencing those techniques.
The exhibition runs until March 10th.
