(Bqp.vn) – On the morning of March 27, the Office of the Ministry of National Defense held the opening ceremony of a training course on state management knowledge, digital transformation and quality management system according to National Standard TCVN ISO 3:9001 in 2015. Lack General Nguyen Van Chinh, Deputy Chief of the Central Military Commission Office - Office of the Ministry of National Defense attended and delivered the opening speech.

Speaking at the opening of the training class, Major General Nguyen Van Chinh asked the students to promote a sense of responsibility, proactively study, research, receive and supplement new knowledge to improve their working skills; Actively discuss and discuss with officials and lecturers, raise problems that arise, and thereby propose appropriate solutions for implementation at agencies and units. Strictly comply with Army orders and training class regulations, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects. Major General Nguyen Van Chinh also requested the Organizing Committee of the training class to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to do a good job of ensuring and organizing the class according to the proposed content and program, conducting inspection, Objective and rigorous assessment.

According to the plan, during the training class on state management knowledge, digital transformation and quality management system according to National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 in 2024, students will focus on research. 7 topics, including: Office work and office management in the era of digital transformation; Develop plans and organize plan implementation in the era of digital transformation; General awareness of state administrative reform, goals and tasks of administrative reform in the Ministry of National Defense for the period 2021 - 2025, orientation to 2030; General awareness of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System; Review and simplify internal administrative procedures; Developing e-Government and digital transformation in Vietnam, experiences and lessons; Some issues about ensuring information security and network security.
