

This year's Techmart brings together more than 50 booths from domestic and international research institutes, universities, and businesses, showcasing over 100 technologies and equipment in the fields of: green energy and energy saving, environmental treatment and circular economy , monitoring - measurement - management, and many environmentally friendly solutions.
According to the organizers, the 2026 Green and Circular Technology Techmart aims to promote the connection between technology supply and demand, support businesses in accessing green production solutions, energy saving, emission reduction, recycling, and resource reuse.
This is also an opportunity for universities, businesses, experts, and management agencies to strengthen exchanges and cooperation, contributing to the development of an innovation ecosystem linked to sustainable development goals.

Besides showcasing and introducing technologies, Techmart 2026 also organized 15 specialized seminars, aiming to support businesses in improving production efficiency, reducing operating costs, and meeting sustainable development standards. Simultaneously, in the consulting area, many experts from research institutes and universities will assist businesses in solving practical problems by optimizing resources, reducing emissions, and improving operational efficiency.
In his opening remarks, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, Lam Dinh Thang, stated that Ho Chi Minh City recognizes green transformation and the circular economy not only as a requirement for sustainable development but also as an opportunity to restructure the growth model, enhance competitiveness, and create new economic drivers in the coming period. Techmart 2026 is not only a place to showcase technology and equipment but also an open space for connecting the needs of green transformation, applied research capabilities, and technology transfer from universities, research institutes, and businesses.

“We expect the 2026 Techmart specializing in Green and Circular Technology to continue spreading the spirit of innovation for sustainable development, promoting many substantive technological connections, and accompanying businesses, localities, and Ho Chi Minh City in the process of green transformation and sustainable economic development,” emphasized Lam Dinh Thang, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology.

Within the framework of Techmart 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology signed cooperation agreements with the Departments of Science and Technology of Ca Mau, Dak Lak , and Dong Nai provinces to strengthen linkages and coordinate the effective implementation of the Technology Exchange Platform, promote data and information sharing, and connect resources between localities.

From 2013 to the present, the Ho Chi Minh City Technology Exchange has organized 24 specialized Techmart events in various fields such as post-harvest technology, high-tech agriculture, biotechnology, healthcare, digital transformation, smart cities, etc. Through these events, more than 1,500 units have introduced over 6,000 technologies and equipment, attracting tens of thousands of connections and technology trades.
