On June 22, in Ho Chi Minh City, Dr. Bien Truong and Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Viet Ha introduced to readers the publication How to Speak to Touch People's Hearts (Saigon Books and The Gioi Publishing House). The program was led by Dr. of Sociology - Master of Psychotherapy Pham Thi Thuy.

In a volatile society, especially social networks and short content that are having a significant impact on life, words are sometimes not focused on but are mainly given hastily, superficially, and can even cause unpredictable consequences. Every word can become a "boomerang" - when thrown, it will fly in an elliptical trajectory and then return to its original position.
For that reason, Dr. Bien Truong and Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Viet Ha together cherished and wrote the book How to Speak to Touch People's Hearts , with the message: choosing kindness in every word is choosing safety for ourselves and the relationships we cherish.
The book consists of 16 chapters, with a gentle, familiar but no less profound writing style, leading readers from everyday examples to core concepts of communication, from scientific theories to humane personal experiences. In particular, the book does not stop at "what to say", but also delves into "what to think before speaking", "how to speak so that others want to listen", and "what to do when you say the wrong thing".

According to the two authors, it is never too early, nor too late to improve communication skills. Because communication still happens every day, even every minute, as long as we are alive in this world. Communication is not only to transmit information but also to enhance connection and understanding between people. The communication process will not be effective if you do not understand its basic nature and techniques.
