Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Trinh Xuan Truong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - assessed that GO! Yen Bai is a modern commercial project, the second shopping center that Central Retail Vietnam Group has invested in the province, following the success of GO! Lao Cai .
The continuous presence of these projects demonstrates Central Retail's strategic vision, belief, and strong commitment to the Lao Cai market. The GO! Yen Bai location not only contributes to stimulating consumption, promoting goods circulation, and increasing service revenue, but also directly creates jobs for over 300 local workers, providing a modern shopping, entertainment, and leisure space for the people.

This will be a significant highlight in the urban landscape, contributing to the vibrancy, civility, and development of the central area of Yen Bai ward, Lao Cai province.
The Provincial Party Secretary also highly appreciated the corporation's consistent focus on promoting and selling OCOP products and specialty agricultural products of the province through its nationwide retail system. Cooperation with suppliers in the province has helped bring local goods closer to consumers across the country.

With the motto "Businesses prosper, Lao Cai develops," Lao Cai province hopes that in the future, Central Retail Group will continue to expand its investment in modern, green, environmentally friendly commercial projects, linked to education and social welfare; while also strengthening connections and consumption of local agricultural products and specialties, contributing to building a more civilized, modern, and prosperous Lao Cai province.

GO! Yen Bai is a project with a total investment of 164 billion VND, covering an area of 13,000 m², along with a 2,900 m² parking area. The project is designed as a multi-functional facility: shopping - dining - learning - entertainment - sustainable development, aiming to serve all the needs of families.
The centerpiece of the project is the GO! hypermarket, spanning over 4,600 m² and offering more than 40,000 essential products, operating on the strategy of "always 5% cheaper than the lowest price". In addition, GO! Yen Bai brings together over 20 reputable brands… creating a modern shopping, entertainment, and dining space for residents of Yen Bai ward and the surrounding area.
Comrade Tran Huu Linh - Director of the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development (Ministry of Industry and Trade) said that supporting Vietnamese businesses in the production and promotion of domestic products is one of the strategies that the Government has paid special attention to in recent times.

Currently, with the strong involvement of local businesses in brand building, standardizing production processes, and controlling quality, consumers can feel secure when shopping at large, modern, and well-invested shopping centers such as GO! Lao Cai and GO! Yen Bai.
Comrade Tran Huu Linh highly appreciated the efforts of Central Retail Vietnam Group and thanked Lao Cai province for creating favorable conditions for the group to build the GO! Yen Bai shopping center. He also expressed his hope that Lao Cai province would continue to improve its commercial infrastructure, develop more shopping centers, supermarkets, and convenience stores, thereby enhancing the quality of goods and the performance of manufacturing businesses.



On this occasion, as part of its "Contributing to Vietnam's Prosperity – Better for Vietnam" strategy, Central Retail Group has donated over 2.1 billion VND to Kien Thanh Primary and Secondary School in Quy Mong commune to build a multi-purpose building. This is one of the exemplary activities of the "One Shopping Mall - One School" initiative that Central Retail is implementing widely to support the education sector.
