With Cordyceps Chicken Soup, all herbal ingredients such as Chinese yam, wolfberry, codonopsis, red dates, pears, etc. are used to improve health. After preliminary processing, the chicken will be steamed with those ingredients in a Japanese squash for about 30 minutes, and finally add Cordyceps. The finished broth must be clear and pure, the Japanese squash must be cooked just right, not too soft.
