On March 30th (the 2nd day of the 3rd lunar month), the inauguration ceremony of Phu Dam village communal house (Phu Van commune, Phu Ly city) took place. The Phu Dam village communal house, built by ancestors in the early days of the village's establishment, embodies the four elements of "Gathering of Water - Gathering of Spirits - Gathering of Blessings - Gathering of Gathering." The communal house is dedicated to the Four Village Guardian Deities and the Village Guardian Spirit.

Throughout various dynasties, the Four Guardian Deities of Phu Dam village have received numerous imperial decrees and honors. Phu Dam village communal house has served as a center of spiritual and cultural activity for the villagers and visitors from all over for centuries. It preserves many traditional intangible cultural values ​​and customs, which are reenacted annually through the rituals and festivities of the village's traditional festival on the 10th, 11th, and 12th of the 11th lunar month.

The Phù Đạm village communal house had been repaired and restored three times but had deteriorated severely. With the permission and support of the relevant authorities, the groundbreaking ceremony for the reconstruction of the Phù Đạm communal house on its original site took place on June 1, 2024 (corresponding to April 25th of the Year of the Dragon). Thanks to a team of skilled craftsmen, the active participation of the members of the ceremonial committee and the construction committee in mobilizing benefactors, philanthropists, villagers, those who have moved away, and visitors from all over, the communal house was completed after more than nine months of intensive construction, meeting both technical and aesthetic standards.

At the inauguration ceremony, a large number of delegates representing the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front , departments, organizations, local businesses, along with villagers, children working far away, and visitors from all over, came to attend and share in the joy.
