Comrade Vu Van Phuc is in difficult circumstances, suffering from a serious illness, his wife has no stable job, and their children are young. After nearly 3 months of construction, a sturdy, single-story house with a flat roof, covering an area of ​​45m², has been completed and put into use at a total cost of 210 million VND. Of this amount, the Ministry of National Defense contributed 60 million VND from the "For the Poor" Fund, with the remaining amount contributed by the family and relatives.
