Construction begins on the Happy One Sora project.

DNVN - On the morning of March 29th, in Thu Duc City (Ho Chi Minh City), Van Xuan Group and its partners commenced construction and signed a strategic partnership agreement for the Happy One Sora project - a brand new project in Thu Duc.

Happy One Sora is a rare project being developed in the East of Ho Chi Minh City in general and Thu Duc in particular, while most new projects are concentrated in the West and Binh Duong .

Happy One Sora is located at 27 Street No. 9, Linh Xuan Ward, Thu Duc City, offering easy access to a variety of amenities.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Trinh Xuan Ha – Member of the Board of Directors and CEO of Van Xuan Group – affirmed that the financial strength and implementation experience of the Happy One branded series of high-rise apartment projects that have been completed, handed over, and welcomed thousands of residents are important driving forces.

Moreover, dedication to the project and special respect for all partners involved will be key to determining the effectiveness of the collaboration. Happy One Sora is being launched in preparation for the 20th anniversary of its founding – a very significant milestone for Van Xuan Group in its journey to continue affirming its reputation, delivering quality products that meet market and customer needs and criteria.

Accompanying Van Xuan Group is its Japanese partner, TBS Group, represented by TBS Capital Vietnam. Established in 1962, TBS Group is a highly experienced corporation in building management and operation, investment, and real estate development. Alongside TBS Group is Koterasu Group, a reputable multinational real estate investment fund from Japan, established in 2020.

The dedication of Van Xuan Group, along with the cooperation of experienced partners in the fields of architectural consulting, design, and landscaping, has helped Happy One Sora possess outstanding architecture, strongly influenced by Japanese style from the landscape to the spatial planning within each apartment.

Also at the event, the business development consulting partners for the project were officially announced, comprising 12 leading real estate companies and brokers in Ho Chi Minh City, with particular expertise in the Eastern region and Binh Duong.

With the official announcement of the partnership, the participating units will proceed with market research planning, specialized team training, and coordinated communication about the project in the coming period. Alongside the partner collaboration, the event also announced Vietcombank as the main sponsor of the project.

Located in Thu Duc City, with multi-directional accessibility and convenient transportation, Happy One Sora is attractive due to its limited product range of only 507 units , including apartments and shops, with prices starting from just 45.9 million VND /m2. Particularly noteworthy is the architecture of the two towers, featuring year-round Japanese gardens and tiered gardens from floors 17-24, giving the project a striking appearance in the area. It is expected to attract approximately 1,200 future residents.
