Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Dinh Phu Minh, General Director of Ngan Tin Group, said that the project was recognized by Binh Dinh province as the winning result of the auction of land use rights to implement the project on November 27, 2023 and was granted a license to build technical infrastructure on June 20, 2024, with a total investment of more than 1,000 billion VND.
According to Mr. Minh, the project has a scale of 5.8 hectares, planned with the purpose of building a residential area of 193 townhouses and villas, with a population of about 695 people. The project will effectively exploit the land fund along the extended economic zone axis, ensuring synchronous connection of infrastructure, landscape architecture with other subdivisions and neighboring projects in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai, Director of the Institute of Construction Science and Technology, said that building green buildings that save energy and resources has become an inevitable trend in the construction industry, aiming towards a sustainable future for future generations.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Dang Vinh Son, Head of the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board, praised the close and effective coordination between the investor and the local authorities of Phu Cat district and the support of the people of Cat Tien town for the Project in the past time.

As soon as the Project was assigned to implement, the investor completed its financial obligations on land earlier than the prescribed Plan ( within 30 days ), which proves that Ngan Tin Investment Group Joint Stock Company really wants to contribute and be attached to the long-term development of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone in particular and Binh Dinh province in general. In order to speed up the investment and construction progress, and soon put the Project into operation, Comrade Dang Vinh Son requested the departments, offices and units of the Economic Zone Management Board to coordinate with relevant departments, branches, Phu Cat district authorities and Cat Tien town, create the best conditions for the Project, promptly complete related procedures for investors; regularly monitor and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing investment, construction and operation of the Project later; continue to guide and support investors to fully complete procedures according to regulations, ensuring conditions for implementing construction and operation on schedule as committed. Ngan Tin Investment Group Joint Stock Company needs to closely coordinate with the provincial authorities to continue implementing and completing procedures in accordance with regulations; prioritize labor recruitment, pay attention to supporting social security work in the locality...
