Huynh Le Tan learned to drive a car when he was a student and in his spare time, he drives a rental car to earn extra income. After graduating from university, he continued to work as a rental driver to accumulate capital. In 2016, Mr. Tan saw that the printing business was quite developed, so he invested in opening an advertising printing business at home from accumulated and borrowed money. Huynh Le Tan said: “I have many friends who work in the printing and design industry and see this career as promising, so I am determined to pursue it. At first, the job was also very difficult because there were no customers. The facility's machinery is limited. I don't have much experience."
Although the number of customers is not much, but Mr. Tan confidently said that around where he lives there are many agencies, schools, production facilities ... This will be a source of potential customers if he exploits it well. Mr. Tan has always determined to build a brand by printing products with reasonable prices and fast delivery. Gradually, many customers trust and refer friends and relatives to his establishment for printing services. Working in a profession contrary to his field of study, he always learns from his friends and acquaintances about printing techniques. He also taught himself how to design products through knowledge from the Internet. Currently, Mr. Tan designs and prints products by himself, such as banners, background, bottle labels...
After nearly 7 years of starting a business, Mr. Tan has mastered the printing techniques of the establishment. For detailed printed products, he links up with friends to ask for help. Besides, he also opened more services of printing, copying documents, papers... Although the number of customers changes depending on the time, his income always remains at 10 million VND to 15 million VND. /month. “Now, more printing facilities appear, creating more competition. However, I always determine that a reputable establishment will have stable customers. I also regularly take advantage of social networks to contribute to improving business efficiency and finding customers,” Mr. Tan shared.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao, Secretary of Trung Kien ward's Youth Union, said: "Mr. Huynh Le Tan is an example of young people doing good business in the locality. For many years, he has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Ward Youth Union. Although he is busy with work, he always takes the time to join the Youth Union and local youth movement. In 2010, the ward union supported Mr. Tan to borrow VND50 million from the Social Policy Bank to expand production and business.
