Competition Bloc No. 7 signs competition agreement.

Recently, units within Emulation Bloc No. 7, part of the Emulation Bloc of provincial-level agencies and units, held a conference to deploy tasks and sign emulation agreements for 2026.

The units in Emulation Bloc No. 7 and representatives from higher-level units demonstrated a vibrant spirit of emulation and a determination to excellently fulfill their tasks.

The conference was also attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi My Trang - Head of the Emulation and Commendation Department of the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Internal Affairs and Mr. Dam Minh Tuan - Vice President of the Lam Dong Provincial Business Association.

Emulation Bloc No. 7 comprises key economic units in the area, including: Lam Dong Telecommunications (Bloc Leader), Dai Ninh Hydropower Company, Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydropower Joint Stock Company, Lam Dong Aluminum Company - TKV and Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV, Lam Dong Power and Transmission Company, Petrolimex Lam Dong Company Limited, Lam Dong Provincial Post Office , and Viettel Lam Dong.

Representatives from Lam Dong Telecommunications presented practical support solutions aimed at promoting the digital transformation roadmap for member businesses within the group.

At the conference, the units within the Bloc discussed and evaluated the achievements and analyzed the challenges for 2026. Adhering to the political tasks and local economic development, Bloc No. 7 set forth key objectives: Promoting the application of digital transformation and improving labor productivity; Effectively carrying out professional work and ensuring social welfare at each unit… The member units also approved the draft regulations for the bloc's operation.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi My Trang, Head of the Emulation and Commendation Department of the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Internal Affairs, praised the proactive spirit of Emulation Bloc No. 7. She emphasized that emulation needs to be substantive, closely linked to technical innovation initiatives and the development of advanced models to spread the spirit of creativity among all officials, employees, and workers.

Representing the Block Leader unit, Mr. Ho Quang Hue, Director of Lam Dong Telecommunications, affirmed that, in its role as Block Leader, Lam Dong Telecommunications will strive to promote its coordinating role, unite members, and make the emulation movement of Block No. 7 a highlight in the emulation and reward work of Lam Dong province in 2026.
