Given the nature of its business dealing with highly flammable and explosive products, the company has paid special attention to this issue, placing human resources at the center and safety awareness at the core.

Strict adherence to fire safety regulations is integrated into the regular operational plan. The system of internal regulations and technical safety procedures is reviewed periodically and updated to suit each stage and actual situation.

Following the motto "Building a robust fire prevention and fighting system, with people at the center," the company has established a fire prevention and fighting force at all its affiliated stores. The entire system, comprising 448 officers and employees from management to workers, directly participates in this force and receives thorough training, regularly conducting drills based on simulated scenarios.

Alongside workforce development, the company places special emphasis on internal fire prevention and control education and awareness . Annual training courses are organized in coordination with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (Provincial Police). The training content is designed to be practical, making it easy for employees to access and apply effectively.

At all production and business locations, hazard warning signs and fire safety instructions are clearly displayed, easily visible, and accessible. Safety control procedures are strictly maintained, especially in fuel import and export areas. The company deploys personnel daily to monitor and inspect the entry and exit of transport vehicles; vehicle entry into the warehouse is managed efficiently , ensuring rapid evacuation in case of an emergency.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, Store Manager of Petrol Station No. 11 (Song Cong Ward), shared: "Before and after each shift, we check all fire safety equipment and maintain a 24/7 duty roster. Whether new or long-time employees, everyone undergoes rigorous training to be ready to handle any emergency situations."

In addition to focusing on training, the company has also established a rigorous inspection and monitoring mechanism, conducted monthly, quarterly, and especially during holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and dry seasons. Through this, many potential fire and explosion hazards have been detected and addressed promptly. Violations of technical procedures, electrical systems, or safety regulations are dealt with severely.

One of the highlights of the company's fire prevention and control efforts in recent times has been the successful organization of the 2025 Fire Prevention and Rescue Sports Competition. The event not only tested response capabilities but also helped each employee hone their skills and courage in a real-world environment, with practical activities such as extinguishing fires, rescuing people, and saving property.
