The organizers of the Bond Live in Vietnam concert have announced that the event will take place at 8 PM on October 5th at the Vietnam National Convention Center. All proceeds from ticket sales will be used to support people severely affected by Typhoon No. 3.

Bond will be coming to Vietnam to perform in Hanoi in October.

Mr. Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association , and Head of the program's steering committee, stated that the four Bond girls are no longer unfamiliar to Vietnamese audiences. The group has performed in Vietnam twice before, but on a smaller scale; however, this time there will be many differences.

"This time, the Bond group not only brought top-notch music to Vietnamese audiences but also contributed to the charity fundraising of Nhan Dan Newspaper. Accordingly, all proceeds from ticket sales for the concert will be donated by the organizers to support people who suffered heavy losses in typhoon number 3," Mr. Le Quoc Minh shared.

The editor-in-chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper said that Bond is a band that rarely tours in other countries around the world. Inviting this legendary quartet to perform in Vietnam in October is a stroke of luck and very meaningful because the concert will not only bring artistic value but also raise funds to support people affected by floods and storms.

As top artists, Bond has certain strict requirements for the organizers. Mr. Le Quoc Minh revealed that one of Bond's requirements was "not to shake hands too firmly during the pre-performance meeting."

"They requested that during the pre-performance meeting, we shouldn't shake hands too firmly, almost just touching hands. This was a mandatory requirement to avoid affecting the performance. They were very careful about protecting their hands because the group would be performing instruments. At first, I was a little surprised by this requirement, but it shows how meticulous the artists are in ensuring safety for a performance," journalist Le Quoc Minh said.

On the night of October 4th, Bond will perform around 20 famous songs, including hits that made the band famous. Many songs will be revamped to be more lively and unique. However, the band will not perform any Vietnamese music.

Regarding this, Mr. Le Quoc Minh shared that international artists often choose only familiar works to perform in the most fluent and sublime way.

The head of the program's steering committee also emphasized that, in addition to appearing in the Bond music night, a music video will be produced to spread the beauty of Vietnamese culture and promote the image of Vietnam and its people to international friends.

"This year, Bond will be filming the music video in a different location. This time, the production team will create a music video that integrates images of Vietnam with the music, allowing viewers to enjoy both the music and the visuals. The organizing committee has surveyed the location and discussed production plans with the local authorities, but we cannot reveal specifics yet," Mr. Le Quoc Minh stated.

Bond is an all-female string quartet consisting of Tania Davis (violin), Eos Counsell (violin), Elspeth Hanson (viola), and Gay-Yee Westerhoff (cello). This string quartet from London, England, is globally renowned for its blend of classical and modern music, creating exceptional pieces. Songs like "Shine," "Victory," "Hungarian," "Explosive," and "Summer " have become beloved tunes worldwide.

Active since 2000, for the past 24 years, the four members of Bond have maintained their youthful, modern performance style and held onto their title as the most successful string quartet in the history of world music.
