Tay Ninh Radio and Television Station (formerly Tay Ninh Radio Station), over 47 years of establishment and development, has continuously improved and enhanced the quality of its programs and technical infrastructure. Implementing the project to digitize terrestrial television transmission and broadcasting by 2020 in the province, from January 1, 2018, Tay Ninh Radio and Television Station officially switched to broadcasting channel TTV11 on the terrestrial digital television infrastructure, using the SD signal standard, one year earlier than the plan directed by the Ministry of Information and Communications .

By March 4, 2019, the station began broadcasting the TTV11 channel in HD on the DVB-T2 terrestrial digital television infrastructure. In March 2024, the station officially launched the TTV11 channel in HD, demonstrating its commitment to innovation and contributing to increased efficiency in information dissemination to viewers. To help meet the information needs of the people, Tay Ninh Radio and Television Station produces and broadcasts numerous news bulletins, specialized news bulletins, and local news bulletins daily, including 6 live television news bulletins and 5 live radio news bulletins.

In March 2024, Tay Ninh Radio and Television officially launched the TTV11 channel in HD standard, with the support of VNPT Tay Ninh.

Furthermore, the station has paid special attention to developing digital infrastructure. To date, in addition to the website tayninhtv.vn, the station has 6 YouTube channels, 2 Fanpages, 2 TikTok channels, the Zalo Official Tay Ninh Television, the Tay Ninh TV mobile application, and many other applications, regularly posting numerous videos, news articles, and features… attracting the attention of viewers and listeners. Tay Ninh Radio and Television Station has clearly demonstrated its role as the province's mass media agency, serving as a bridge between the Party, the Government, and the people.

If, for any reason, viewers and listeners cannot access information broadcast on the station's radio and television channels, they can do so through the digital ecosystem. This is also a general trend of the times that Tay Ninh Radio and Television Station has promptly and thoroughly exploited to convey to the people—especially those in remote areas—the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and the latest information from the province; contributing to the fight against false and hostile viewpoints and strengthening the people's trust in the Party's leadership and the State's administration and management, thus contributing to protecting the Party's ideological foundation.

Tay Ninh province is home to 21 ethnic minority groups, with the Khmer people making up the largest proportion at nearly 0.8%. Therefore, in 2011, Tay Ninh Radio and Television officially produced and broadcast the Khmer-language news bulletin on TTV11.

"Ethnic minority language news bulletins update the latest information daily so that people can promptly grasp the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations. Emphasis is placed on warning information to help people be vigilant against fraudulent schemes and the 'peaceful evolution' plots of hostile forces," Deputy Director Vo Van Quy added.

In addition, the provincial radio and television station also produces many programs and segments with Khmer subtitles, enhancing the effectiveness of propaganda work among ethnic minorities, especially in remote, mountainous, and border areas.

Amidst the "information explosion" on the internet and social media, TTV11 channel remains an indispensable source of entertainment for the people of Tay Ninh. In particular, the provincial radio and television station continuously invests in producing high-quality journalistic works, with a strong improvement in content quality and a rich and engaging variety of formats. Especially noteworthy are the many in-depth reports and news articles that closely follow important current events and issues of the country and the province.

Thanks to this, they understand the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and learn how to do business, thereby improving their awareness and spiritual lives.
