At grocery stores, the inspection team focused on items such as mooncakes, candies, wine, beer, soft drinks, baking ingredients and additives, and packaging. The goal was to promptly detect, prevent, and handle violations, while also raising awareness among business owners about compliance with food safety laws.

Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Lam, Deputy Director of the Department of Health and head of inter-agency inspection team No. 1, stated: During the inspection process, the team had a testing vehicle from the Dong Nai Department of Health available to randomly inspect some food products at business establishments if deemed necessary. All food products showing suspicious signs were subjected to rapid testing or direct sampling for quality control. The province's stance is to strictly handle any violations (if any).
"In addition to inspections to detect and handle violations according to regulations, the team will also support and provide additional information and new regulations so that business owners understand their responsibilities in ensuring food safety in production and business, with the goal of ensuring safe food sources for the people," added Deputy Director of the Department of Health Vo Thi Ngoc Lam.
Earlier, reporting to the working group, the commune's leadership representative stated that currently, there are 702 establishments involved in food safety in the commune. These include 16 production and business establishments, 139 grocery stores, 34 collective kitchens, 431 food service establishments, and 82 street food vendors… Through random inspections this morning, all businesses were found to be strictly complying with food safety regulations.
