Kieu Minh Tuan voices the villain Grigon

This is the first time Kieu Minh Tuan has collaborated with the famous animation studio Pixar, expanding his professional dubbing journey after many successful works.

In the film, Grigon is the main villain, the supreme leader of the planet Hylurg, and the father of Glordon - the friend that the boy Elio Solis recently made after wandering to the Galactic Alliance.

The movie "Elio the boy from Earth" will be released in Vietnamese theaters from June 27

Grigon is a giant worm-like creature with four green eyes and a full body of iron armor. He has the ambition to build a powerful army to dominate the planets in the universe. Elio must join hands with new friends, including Glordon, to fight against this conspiracy.

Grigon is a conservative father who always wants to control and shape his son into his own rigid mold.

But behind his rough exterior, he still cares for and loves Glordon very much.

Kieu Minh Tuan has made great efforts to portray Grigon through his voice acting. Before coming to this film, he had dubbed for the films: "Despicable Me 3", "Lego Ninjago Movie", "Transformers One". He successfully touched the audience's emotions with his characteristic husky voice, rich in expression and flexible in transformation.

With Grigon, Kieu Minh Tuan not only conveyed the authority and coldness of a lord, but also skillfully expressed the layers of emotions within the character, from the insecurity hidden behind the stern appearance, to the torn silences of a father trying to understand his child.
