Specifically, at 10:40 PM on June 2nd, the Fire and Rescue Team of Area 4 under the Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Police Department of Quang Ngai Province received a report of an unconscious person at the foot of Dak Bla Bridge, Kon Tum Ward, Quang Ngai Province, suspected of having jumped off the bridge.
