In the previous two installments, the author conveyed an important message about the role of disseminating literary values about the People's Public Security Force on the internet. This is not only a cultural requirement but also a crucial political task aimed at building ideological resilience in society against harmful and anti-cultural information flows.

Therefore, it is necessary to implement a comprehensive set of solutions to effectively promote the role of literature about the People's Public Security Force in protecting the Party's ideological foundation in cyberspace today.

General Tran Quoc To, former Deputy Minister of Public Security , and poet Nguyen Quang Thieu, President of the Vietnam Writers Association, presented the first prize at the 5th Novel, Short Story, and Memoir Writing Competition on the theme "For National Security and Peaceful Life" (2022-2025).

Firstly, we need to innovate the methods of disseminating literature about the People's Public Security Force on digital platforms to enhance the effectiveness of ideological education , spread humanistic values, and protect the Party's ideological foundation in the digital age.

Instead of simply presenting works in traditional text form, it's necessary to develop multimedia products such as podcasts, audiobooks, short videos, or cross-platform media. These formats are visually engaging, lively, easily accessible, and have the potential for strong dissemination on social media. Documentary works, short stories, and novels about police officers could be adapted into storytelling podcasts to create a sense of intimacy and authenticity for listeners.

A prime example of this is the effective operation of the "Police Literature" Fanpage, managed by the Police Writers' Association. The page regularly introduces works and profiles of exemplary writers and police officers in diverse and modern forms, contributing to attracting a large readership online. Despite being established only in October 2025, the Fanpage has already attracted over 50,000 followers, demonstrating the positive spread of literature about the People's Police Force in the digital environment.

Secondly, we need to build and develop a force of young writers within the People's Police Force to create a source of authentic works, rich in fighting spirit, and to spread revolutionary values in cyberspace.

Besides innovating methods of disseminating literature on digital platforms, a crucial long-term requirement is to build and develop a team of young writers within the People's Public Security force. This is not only a solution to supplement the human resources for literary creation on the themes of security and order, but also a way to create works that truly reflect the realities of combat, work, and life of police officers in the new era.

In reality, literary works that deeply move people are often formed from real experiences, genuine emotions, and a direct connection to life. Therefore, officers, soldiers, and trainees in the People's Public Security Force are in the most favorable position to truthfully reflect the hardships, sacrifices, pressures, and even the humanistic beauty of their profession. Many literary competitions within the force in recent times have created a positive impact and become a launching pad for many young writers to mature.

One notable example is the "Golden Pen" competition, a contest for writing novels, short stories, and essays on the theme "For National Security and Peaceful Life." Through this competition, many young writers and authors from the 80s and 90s generations have emerged and are establishing their names in the literary world, such as Chu Thanh Huong (Lang Son Provincial Police), Hoang Anh Tuan (Lao Cai Provincial Police), Vu Liem (Public Security Communication Department), Nguyen Kien Cuong, Kim Thi Mua Dong, Do Ngoc Bich (Phu Tho Provincial Police), Phan Duc Loc (Dien Bien Provincial Police), Tran Ngoc Mai (People's Security University), Vo Chi Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City Police), Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy (Dak Lak Provincial Police), Vo Dang Khoa (An Giang Provincial Police), and many other young writers. They are the promising talents of police literature.

Several authors have established their positions in the literary world, including Major Chu Thanh Huong, whose novel "Flying Flowers" won the A prize in the 2007-2010 period, the novel "Willow's Fate" won the A prize in the 2017-2020 period, and the novel "The Mystery of the Green Phoenix" won the C prize in the 2013-2015 period; and Lieutenant Phan Duc Loc, an outstanding young writer who has won many awards in literary competitions, such as the First Prize for short stories in the Young Writers' Competition with the work "Winter in Sinh Phinh", the Second Prize in the short story competition of the Writers and Works Magazine with the short story "Stone Corpse", the Second Prize in the writing competition and literary camp on the image of the People's Police officer with the work "Pa Bat Flower Season", and the "Golden Pen" award from the Ministry of Public Security with the work "Pang Co Moong".

More recently, there was the return of Colonel and writer Duong Binh Nguyen, who won the A prize with his novel "The Wind Still Blows Through the Tropical Forest" in the 2022-2025 period. The "New Spring" poetry contest in 2026, launched by the Police Writers' Association, has seen the emergence of many promising writers who are police officers and soldiers currently working in the force, such as Ly Hoang Cung, Nguyen Duy Thanh, Tran Le Anh Tuan… These authors not only contribute to enriching the literary landscape of the People's Police but also bring a new breath, a new perspective, and a more accessible method of expression to young audiences in today's online space.

Thirdly, incorporate literature about the People's Public Security Force into political and ideological education in police academies and schools to cultivate revolutionary ideals and build professional competence for students.

In current political and ideological education, the transmission of theory and revolutionary ideals to students of police academies cannot be limited to general lectures or dry theoretical content. Integrating literature about the People's Police Force into political and ideological education is a crucial solution to harmoniously combine theoretical education with the education of emotions, character, and professional ideals for students.

This is not only a solution to improve the effectiveness of education in police academies but also contributes to forming a generation of young officers and soldiers who are politically sound, humane, and morally upright, meeting the requirements of national defense in the new situation. In the context of current digital transformation, police academies also need to innovate their educational methods by creating podcasts about literary works, storytelling videos, book introduction sections on digital platforms, or online forums for discussing police literature. These forms are both suitable for the information consumption habits of young students and contribute to spreading the positive values of revolutionary literature in cyberspace.

Fourth, proactively combat and refute erroneous and hostile viewpoints in the fields of culture and literature in order to protect the image of the People's Public Security officer and uphold the ideological foundation of the Party.

One of the most notable manifestations today is the distortion and misrepresentation of the image of the People's Public Security Force on the internet. Taking advantage of isolated incidents or shortcomings in the performance of their duties, subversive elements deliberately misrepresent the nature of the force, denying the immense contributions and sacrifices of the People's Public Security Force in the cause of protecting national security and maintaining social order. Many online posts are created with the intention of fostering skepticism and inciting extremist attitudes and opposition between the people and the police force.

Simultaneously, hostile forces are also seeking to deny revolutionary history, distort the national liberation struggles, and misrepresent the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam. If not identified and combated promptly, these subversive elements will gradually erode social trust, disrupt perceptions, and create a value gap in the spiritual lives of young people.

Given this situation, the struggle to refute erroneous viewpoints in the fields of culture and literature needs to be carried out proactively, regularly, and in depth. In particular, the refutation of erroneous viewpoints should focus on persuasive power through the authentic values of life and art. An effective struggle cannot be achieved by relying solely on dry slogans or emotionless propaganda.

Literary works rich in humanistic values, truthfully reflecting the fighting life, work, and silent sacrifices of the People's Public Security Force, will serve as vivid evidence, spreading more powerfully than any mere theoretical rebuttal. When the public is exposed to authentic stories, emotionally rich artistic images, and a humanistic spirit, they will be able to identify and refute misinformation and distorted narratives on the internet.

Fifth, to create a positive digital cultural space within the People's Public Security Force in order to proactively spread revolutionary values and dominate the ideological battlefield in cyberspace.

For the People's Public Security Force, the formation of a positive digital cultural space is of particular importance, not only contributing to spreading the positive image of revolutionary police officers but also creating a healthy cultural environment in cyberspace, contributing to strengthening social trust in the Party, the State, and the people's armed forces.

First and foremost, it is necessary to focus on building a system of official fanpages, digital communication channels, and interactive platforms for the People's Public Security Force in a modern, professional, and accessible manner, especially to young people. These platforms should not only provide official information but also become spaces for spreading humanitarian values, inspiring a sense of responsibility, courage, and the silent sacrifices of police officers in today's society.

Besides updating current events, it is necessary to promote the development of sections introducing excellent literary works about the People's Public Security Force in various forms such as essays, storytelling videos, podcasts, audiobooks, or infographics introducing representative characters and works. Content rich in emotion and close to life will help the public, especially the younger generation, access revolutionary literature in a more natural and engaging way. Forming a positive digital cultural space within the People's Public Security Force is a crucial solution to combine digital technology with the power of modern culture, literature, and media.

The struggle to protect the Party's ideological foundation today no longer involves gunfire, nor does it take place in trenches or on visible battlefields, but it is incredibly arduous and fierce in cyberspace, where every piece of information and every cultural product can profoundly impact social awareness and beliefs.

In this struggle, literature about the People's Public Security Force not only reflects reality but also nurtures revolutionary ideals, inspires patriotism, strengthens social trust, and spreads positive humanistic values. When properly developed and widely disseminated on digital platforms, literature about the People's Public Security Force will contribute to maintaining the Party's ideological stronghold, protecting the spiritual foundation of society, and fostering aspirations for building and defending the Fatherland in the new era.
