At the conference, the leaders of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department announced Decision No. 295-QD/TU dated March 23, 2026, of the Provincial Party Standing Committee regarding Mr. Pham Hong Thai, a member of the Provincial Party Committee, ceasing his participation in the Provincial Party Committee and Standing Committee, and relinquishing his position as Secretary of the Than Uyen Commune Party Committee; and being transferred and appointed to participate in the Provincial Party Committee and Standing Committee, and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee Party Committee from April 1, 2026.
