Accordingly, in document 1178/QD-UBND of Binh Thuan province, it was requested that nearly 16,000 square meters of urban residential land, comprising 153 plots, be reclaimed in residential areas belonging to Phu Tai ward, Phu Trinh ward, Xuan An ward, Phu Thuy ward, Thanh Hai ward, and Phu Hai ward, Phan Thiet city, which are managed by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center.

The aforementioned land parcels will be handed over to the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City for management, to be used as land for resettlement related to construction projects in the city. The location of the land is shown in 27 land parcel extracts and revised land parcel extracts for Phu Tai Ward, Xuan An Ward, Phu Trinh Ward, Phu Thuy Ward, Phu Hai Ward, and Thanh Hai Ward, at scales of 1/500 and 1/1000, prepared by the Provincial Land Registration Office in April and May 2024.

Binh Thuan clarifies that 18 public land plots were illegally occupied for building houses and temporary shelters in Phan Thiet city (Figure 1).

The People's Committee of Phan Thiet City has been allocated many plots of land to serve resettlement purposes.
