The "Green House" model, which involves collecting and sorting scrap materials for sale to raise funds, has supported the purchase of seedlings and livestock for poor women members to develop their economy . In 2025 alone, from this fund, the Association provided livestock worth over 16 million VND; awarded 5 health insurance cards worth nearly 1.2 million VND to members in difficult circumstances; visited and provided 2 million VND in support to members affected by natural disasters and fires; and mobilized 60 days of labor to help repair houses.
In Gian village, the "Green House" model has been implemented and maintained by the Women's Association since 2021. Members actively collect plastic waste to raise funds, creating a stable source of support for disadvantaged members. Ms. Ca Thi Hoa, a member who received a health insurance card from this fund, shared: "My family works in agriculture, and our income is unstable, so we haven't been able to afford health insurance. I was very touched when the association supported us. Now that I have the card, I worry less about the cost each time I go for a check-up and feel more at ease."

In Ta Bung village, the Women's Association effectively maintains the "Women's Self-Managed Road Section" model, mobilizing members to regularly clean and beautify their houses and gardens. Ms. Ca Thi Bo, Head of the Women's Association, said: "With the goal of contributing to the construction of a new rural village, the Association has mobilized members to actively participate in activities to protect the environment, maintaining a two-weekly cleanup campaign for village roads and alleys, and actively responding to the 'Building a Family with 5 No's and 3 Cleanliness Standards' campaign."
The campaign "Building a family with 5 no's and 3 clean's" has been implemented by the Women's Union of the commune in 100% of its branches. By 2025, 1,010 member households registered to implement the "5 no's" and 2,268 member households registered for the "3 clean's"; over 75% of registered households met the criteria. Environmental protection models continue to be effective, contributing to changing the rural landscape to be bright, green, clean, and beautiful.

In addition, the Association coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to review and appraise loans for 22 households with a total outstanding balance of 1.35 billion VND; and encouraged 90% of its officials and members to participate in the savings and credit program, depositing a minimum of 30,000 VND per month. This preferential capital has become a supporting resource for many women to invest in livestock farming and production, gradually increasing their income.
Ms. Quang Thi Lien, Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Muong Bu Commune, said: In the coming time, the Union will continue to improve the quality of the "Green House" and "5 No's, 3 Cleanliness" models; strengthen social welfare support for disadvantaged members; promote participation in voluntary health insurance and social insurance; and effectively manage entrusted policy credit funds; bringing the Union's activities closer to the practical realities of the grassroots level so that each model truly brings sustainable effectiveness.
Through the effective implementation of practical models, the Women's Union of Muong Bu commune has been affirming its pivotal role in community activities and emulation movements at the grassroots level. These excellent models and meaningful approaches have contributed to helping disadvantaged members stabilize their lives and have contributed to the local new rural development.
