In Yen Tu ward, many residential roads have been upgraded and widened, contributing to a more civilized and modernized appearance for the residential areas. The story of the road in An Hai neighborhood is one such example. To overcome the previous situation of a dilapidated, narrow road, only 2 meters wide and unsafe, the ward and neighborhood Front Committee officials went door-to-door, persistently engaging in skillful community outreach, persuading and convincing the people to support and agree with the plan. To date, the entire 300 meters of road have been widened to 5 meters, with drainage systems and streetlights installed.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Party Secretary and Head of An Hai neighborhood, Yen Tu ward, said: "The project brings many benefits, so the people are very happy and agree with the general policy. The entire neighborhood contributed over 400 million VND; households along the street alone donated over 1,000 square meters of land ." The land and various structures on it are valued at approximately 2 billion VND in total.
The chosen model and activities to welcome the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels must be appropriate to the specific characteristics of the locality, centered on the people, and focused on building bright, green, clean, beautiful, and safe residential areas. With that spirit, recently, the Hai Hoa Commune Fatherland Front Committee and the Commune Police coordinated to implement a security camera surveillance model, with a total of 18 cameras positioned along 15km of National Highway 18A running through the commune.
Mr. Nguyen Thai Duy, Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Hoa commune, said: "This system, once operational, has immediately shown its effectiveness, providing strong support to the commune's police force in closely monitoring traffic safety and local security 24/7. Along with that, the control of activities and movements implemented from residential groups and neighborhoods has also been carried out more effectively."

Over the past period, member organizations of the Provincial Fatherland Front have closely followed the direction and guidance of the Central Government and the province, as well as the practical situation, effectively implementing many campaigns and emulation movements, practically caring for the material and spiritual lives of their members.
Notably, the Provincial Labor Union effectively organized movements such as "Workers and Employees Competing in Creative Labor, Building a Prosperous, Beautiful, and Civilized Quang Ninh, " and "Excellent Workers, Creative Workers"... From these patriotic emulation movements, 11,096 initiatives, technical improvements, and solutions from workers and employees have been implemented, generating a total benefit of over 120 billion VND.
The Provincial Farmers' Association has effectively implemented the movement "Farmers competing in excellent production and business, uniting to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty," mobilizing 185,932 farmer households to register and recognizing 88,464 farmer households as achieving the title of excellent farmer households in production and business at all levels.
The Provincial Women's Union effectively implemented the emulation movements "Building the Vietnamese woman of the new era" and "Building the image of the Quang Ninh woman of the new era with knowledge, morality, health, dynamism, creativity, civilization, and friendliness." From these movements, there have been 513 "Volleyball" clubs (with over 7,000 members participating), and 31 clubs focused on preserving national cultural identity (with nearly 1,000 members participating)...
The Provincial Veterans Association has effectively implemented the movement "Veterans helping each other reduce poverty and excel in economic activities," with 2,513 member households achieving the title of excellent producers and business owners at various levels.
The Provincial Youth Union effectively organized the "Youth Volunteer," "Creative Youth," and "Youth Vanguard in Protecting the Fatherland" movements in parallel with digital transformation. The entire Youth Union undertook and implemented over 8,500 youth projects and tasks, attracting more than 70,000 Youth Union members and young people to participate, with a total estimated social benefit value of over 60 billion VND.
It is evident that each project and task carries a humanitarian and practical significance for the community, contributing to the sustainable development of Quang Ninh in the new era.
