Learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example, the Party committees, governments, and people of the three provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh have united, strengthened comprehensive cooperation, promoted development, and made positive contributions to the development of the region and the entire country.

Ahead of the conference reviewing one year of implementing the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation and development between the three provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh, on the morning of December 9th, a delegation from the three provinces, led by comrades Do Trong Hung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council of Thanh Hoa; Thai Thanh Quy - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council of Nghe An; and Hoang Trung Dung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council of Ha Tinh, visited and offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien National Special Historical Site and Chung Son Temple in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province.

Joining the delegation from Ha Tinh province were the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung and other members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegates laid flowers and offered incense in commemoration, expressing their boundless gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh - who dedicated and sacrificed his entire life to the cause of national liberation, for the freedom and happiness of the people.

Learning from and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, in recent times, the Party committees, governments, and people of the three provinces have united, actively coordinated, and strengthened comprehensive cooperation in all fields, together seizing opportunities, leveraging strengths, promoting socio -economic development, maintaining national defense and security in each locality, and making positive contributions to the development of the North Central region and the whole country.

Earlier, delegations from the three provinces visited Chung Son Temple in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district, to lay flowers and offer incense, expressing gratitude to the ancestors and paying respects to the parents of President Ho Chi Minh.
