Happy opening ceremony at Royal School

Royal School students happily celebrate the start of the new school year with their friends and teachers.

Not only did the opening ceremony at Royal School mark an unforgettable milestone in the journey of conquering new knowledge, it also witnessed a moment of happiness for teachers, students, and parents amidst a vibrant and colorful setting adorned with flags and flowers.

Many emotions on the first day of school.

On the morning of September 5th, in keeping with the nationwide atmosphere, both campuses of the school held a ceremony to welcome the new school year with the participation of thousands of students, parents, and teachers. Radiant smiles and happy eyes created a perfect and unforgettable start for both teachers and students.

At the Phu Lam campus, students arrived early, eager to meet their friends and teachers and participate in many exciting activities. A range of emotions unfolded on the opening day: surprise at the vibrant cultural performances; joy and excitement as the new first-grade students made their debut; and a sense of emotion and nostalgia as teachers, parents, and students delivered speeches welcoming them on their new journey.

The opening ceremony was meticulously planned and staged with many engaging elements, all conceived and executed by the students themselves.

Happiness and impressive achievements.

During the opening ceremony, the school encouraged and boosted students' spirits for the start of the school year. Royal School also commended students who achieved good results in the recent high school graduation exam as well as in academic competitions at the national and international levels.

This is considered a positive tradition at the school and embodies the outstanding spirit of a bilingual educational environment: recognizing students' academic efforts, encouraging them to be confident with maximum support from teachers and the school.

Dr. Mai Duc Thang (Principal of the school) proudly shared: "With the motto 'Inspired to Grow,' the school has been affirming its position as a happy school and receiving trust from many sides. We believe that in the new school year, Royal School will continue to be a place that helps students learn, develop, and confidently become global citizens, a place where parents can confidently entrust their children's education."

In his welcoming speech for the new school year, Mr. Andy Robertson (Director of the Cambridge Program at Phu My Hung Campus) shared: "This beginning is a significant milestone on the journey to conquering the dream of knowledge. With proactiveness, confidence, and the support from Royal School and parents, we are confident that Royal-ers will continue to excel and achieve even more impressive accomplishments."

Representatives from the Royal School administration beat the drum to officially open the school year, welcoming the new academic year.

Representing the students, Truong Vy Viet Huy (a 5th-grade student) also expressed his happiness at starting a new learning journey in a bilingual environment: "Today, the new school year begins, which means that I and my classmates will have more opportunities to develop our thinking, knowledge, and skills to become global citizens in the future. I am so happy that my parents and teachers are always a source of encouragement and always create conditions for me to confidently develop in the best environment."
