Initially, we thought we'd only stay a few days, but we ended up swimming, visiting fishing villages, rowing basket boats, eating seafood, going to Suoi Tien, and visiting Phan Thiet and Tien Thanh seaports… it took 10 days and we still didn't want to go back to Hanoi, wanting to stay longer…” Minh Bac, a car dealership owner in Ho Chi Minh City, has visited Phan Thiet about three times and has fallen in love with this "blue sea" region without even realizing it. Recently, he bought a plot of land in the "New Saigon" area of ​​Thanh Hai ward, surprising many people. During a coffee meeting with his friends, Minh Bac confided: "Every time we've been to Phan Thiet, we've been so impressed by the fresh air that my whole family loves it. The kids love swimming in the sea and eating fresh seafood, so they always ask to stay a few extra days. My wife and I have been urging them to buy a house so we can stay longer whenever we visit Phan Thiet, especially during the kids' summer vacation..."

Her family plans to spend a week in Phan Thiet so the kids can swim in the sea, go sandboarding at the Red Sand Dunes, and visit Bau Trang. She said over the phone: "The family planned to go to Vung Tau beach because it's nearby, but the kids insisted on going to Phan Thiet. They explained that near Phan Thiet there's a 'mini desert,' interspersed with the clear blue Bau Trang lake, dotted with lotus flowers along the shore, making the scenery beautiful and romantic, unlike anything other provinces or cities have. And that's not all, they added that watching the sunrise and sandboarding on the Red Sand Dunes would be a bonus, making the beach vacation even more interesting and enjoyable... Hearing this, my husband and I were speechless. The kids' words sounded so convincing and appealing that we had to schedule a family trip to Phan Thiet for the holiday..."
