LONG HO: 38 products achieved OCOP certification

Implementing the One Commune One Product (OCOP) program in building new rural areas, up to now, Long Ho district has 38 products certified by OCOP of 22 entities including: 5 cooperatives, 3 companies and 14 individual business households. Of which, 27 products have achieved 3-star OCOP certification, 9 products have 4-star certification and 2 products have been evaluated by the Central Government as 5 stars (Ri 6 durian and freeze-dried durian).

Implementing the One Commune One Product (OCOP) program in building new rural areas, up to now, Long Ho district has 38 products certified by OCOP of 22 entities including: 5 cooperatives, 3 companies and 14 individual business households. Of which, 27 products have achieved 3-star OCOP certification, 9 products have 4-star and 2 products have been evaluated by the Central Government as 5-star (Ri 6 durian and freeze-dried durian).

In general, OCOP products are increasingly affirming their brand reputation, product quality and finding a foothold in the market. At the same time, they arouse the potential and strengths in developing the district's key characteristic products, focusing on developing advantageous agricultural products along the value chain, contributing to creating motivation for localities to accelerate the restructuring of the rural economy .

Currently, Long Ho district focuses on developing potential craft village products and start-up products; focusing on developing OCOP products associated with tourism culture. At the same time, expanding product display points, introducing products, connecting supply and demand, helping businesses find outlets for product consumption.
