For this package, ACV is organizing a bidding process, striving to start construction at the end of May 2025, completing the construction part before December 31, 2025. Interlocking, static installation acceptance, single-movement test run acceptance, no-load interlocking and loaded test run acceptance of aviation equipment imported from abroad and synchronous coupling of the test system for about 6 months; Package 4.11, wastewater treatment works. For this package, ACV is organizing a bidding process, expected to start construction in the second quarter of 2025, basically completing the construction part before December 31, 2025.
