Revenue from land reached nearly 3.8 trillion VND.

According to the Dong Nai Provincial Tax Department, in the first two months of the year, the province's total domestic budget revenue exceeded 20 trillion VND, reaching over 26% of the legally mandated target and nearly 147% compared to the same period last year. Of this, revenue from land and housing amounted to nearly 3.8 trillion VND, more than four times higher than the same period last year.

According to the tax authorities, the reason for the high increase in land revenue is due to the continued high level of land use fees collected from residents, as the government focuses on resolving outstanding cases arising from the administrative boundary merger and the adjustment of land price frameworks in 2025. In addition, there is also revenue from land use fees and land lease fees from several projects in the province.
