At the ceremony, delegates, venerable monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers recalled the sacred significance of the Buddha Shakyamuni's birth day; and performed traditional Buddhist rituals such as offering incense, chanting scriptures, bathing the Buddha, and praying for national peace and prosperity, world peace, and the well-being and happiness of the people.

Speaking at the ceremony, Tran Thanh Hoa, Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Dong Nai City, acknowledged and praised the positive contributions of monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers of Phat Quoc Van Thanh Pagoda in social welfare work, caring for the lives of the people, and accompanying the locality in patriotic emulation movements. He also expressed his hope that in the future, the pagoda will continue to encourage its members, monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers to further promote the spirit of unity, live "a good life and a beautiful faith," and work together to build national unity, contributing to the development of Dong Nai province.
