According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the weather in the Southern region today (March 24th) will be cloudy with sunny periods, with some areas in the East experiencing hot weather. Showers and thunderstorms are expected in some areas in the late afternoon and evening. The lowest temperature will be between 23-26 degrees Celsius, and the highest between 32-35 degrees Celsius, with some areas in the Eastern Southern region exceeding 35 degrees Celsius.

In the coming days, Ho Chi Minh City will continue to experience hot and sunny weather, with temperatures potentially reaching 36 degrees Celsius by the end of the week. Some areas may experience light showers in the late afternoon and evening.
According to the Southern Vietnam Regional Meteorological and Hydrological Station, the weather patterns affecting Ho Chi Minh City are as follows: Currently, the continental cold high pressure system (cold air) continues to weaken. From around March 25-26, there is a possibility of a low-pressure trough forming with its axis at approximately 25-28 degrees North latitude, connected to a low-pressure area to the West that tends to develop and gradually expand eastward, then be compressed and gradually fill up. Around March 28, it is likely to strengthen again. At higher altitudes, the subtropical high pressure system is weakening and gradually withdrawing its circulation eastward.
"Be prepared for strong sunshine and low humidity, which will make the outdoor air hot and dry, and for unseasonal thunderstorms," the Southern Region Meteorological and Hydrological Station reported.
