My morning coffee
My mornings usually start a little earlier than my usual work schedule. While the hallway is still empty and the lights in the room are just being switched on, I place the small coffee filter on the rim of the cup.
As the boiling water touched the coffee grounds, the aroma immediately spread, slowly releasing a thin wisp of smoke. The first drops of coffee fell to the bottom of the cup, slowly, steadily, patiently dripping one by one in the pristine morning.

One day, I made coffee with milk, the white milk dissolving into a deep brown color.
My morning coffee also changes with the rhythm of the workday. Some days it's black coffee, strong and intense, when the sample checking schedule is packed. Other days I add ice, letting the crisp coolness awaken my senses before diving into the numbers and charts. And on some days, I make coffee with milk, the white milk dissolving into the deep brown, providing a brief respite before meticulous measurements.
I often hold a cup of coffee in my hand, sitting quietly for a few minutes before starting work. That brief moment of silence can sometimes be more valuable than a long break.
The aroma of coffee wafted through my palms, its rich scent permeating every breath, slowing my mind and making it clearer. In that moment, I realized that the testing process was like brewing a cup of coffee – requiring stillness, precision, and patience to wait for the results to drip down drop by drop.

Some days it's black coffee, strong and pungent.
Some say coffee awakens the human spirit. But I think what coffee awakens more profoundly is the feeling of slowing down in a world that's always rushing. Some see coffee as just a habit. But for me, it's a way to start the workday, a way to remind myself that behind every test result lies the peace of mind of so many people.

My morning cup of coffee helps me stay alert and ready to start the day.
And every morning, as the last drop of coffee falls to the bottom of the cup, I know I've just had another refreshing start to begin the long day ahead.
