Family meal on winter day

When the winter winds blow through the roofs, the scent from the small fire becomes especially attractive. In the cold weather, a simple family meal filled with love is what warms the heart.

Rich braised fish

The center of the meal is a pot of golden braised fish. The fresh fish, marinated with traditional spices such as fish sauce, sugar, pepper, and minced shallots, is braised on a charcoal stove until the meat is tender and the flavor is absorbed. Just braise for about 45-60 minutes with enough water in a clay pot, the fish will be soft, fatty, and fragrant, the soul of a winter meal, making anyone feel warm.

Bean sauce - rustic flavor

Next to the braised fish, the soft and creamy bean dish helps balance the flavors.
