On the occasion of the Year of the Dragon, the Company decided to increase the bonus by about 300,000 VND compared to 2023, an average of about 9 million VND/person; of which, the highest is 23 million VND/person and the lowest is 6.2 million VND/person. The Union proposed that the Company organize a year-end program combined with entertainment activities, lucky draws and giving away Tet gifts worth about 300,000 VND/person.

The City Youth Union supports bus and train tickets, presents gifts to workers who have lost their jobs or are unable to return home for Tet; visits and presents gifts to soldiers and their families who are on duty in border and island areas.
