Ms. Nguyen Le Diem Tuyet, owner of Mup bubble tea shop (Ward 2, Ca Mau City), said: “This is Mochi ice cream – a traditional Japanese dessert that has become a culinary trend among Vietnamese youth. The incredibly interesting variations of the smooth, soft outer layer combined with the sweet, creamy filling in various flavors: durian, blueberry, strawberry, Oreo, and matcha, create a unique and novel taste experience.”
Smoke ice cream, also known as cloud ice cream, is a type of ice cream that is extremely popular among young people because when they eat it, they exhale a refreshing and delightful stream of cold smoke.
